How Your Support Helps
Donations help sustain and extend Montgomery Hospice's care in the community, including:
- Hospice at Home service for almost 1,200 patients and their families every year
- Casey House, the only all-hospice medical facility in Montgomery County, serving more than 400 patients annually
- Bereavement Care for more than 2,600 hospice family members and over 2,200 other grieving people in the community every year
- Connections day camp and after-school grief support program for children and teens
- Volunteer Services, a dynamic way for over 200 local residents to give back in effective ways to the community they love
- Outreach and Education to increase awareness of end-of-life issues by working with community groups, faith organizations, schools and professional societies
